I had a decent stay at this hotel, as it provided a clean and reasonably comfortable environment. The staff in the restaurant were particularly nice, although interactions with the receptionists left much to be desired. The location was good, with a convenient shuttle to the beach and other areas, but some aspects, like the noise from repairs, detracted from the overall experience. Overall, it’s a mixed bag, and while it has its perks, there are definitely areas for improvement.

I had a lovely stay at the resort with its beautiful gardens and nice pool areas. The staff were really attentive and made our time enjoyable, especially at the pool bar. However, the maintenance of the privilege pool left much to be desired, and the front desk experience was disappointing at times. Overall, it was a nice vacation but with some frustrating elements.

My stay at Horizon Karon was wonderful! The room was spacious and clean, which made returning after a day of exploring a delight. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with so many tasty options to choose from. The location near Karon beach was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby restaurants. I must also praise the staff for their exceptional service. The only downside was the distance from the airport and the slight traffic, but it was manageable. Overall, fantastic value for a family getaway!
